If you purchased a 5 or 10 pack of sessions, you may use them up to 1 year past their purchase date.

We will connect using Zoom. Please check your email during booking and confirmation for your Zoom link, which will be different for each session. You will receive a reminder link one hour prior to our session as well.

No. You'll need to bring gear and equipment yourself, including: shin guards, water bottles, and any other protective gear needed.
